
Apostle CharlesW. Davis II

remarkable career as an entrepreneur, scholar, and community advocate. With a strong
commitment to empowering others, Dr. Davis has founded and led several successful ventures,
including an accounting firm, psychotherapy practice, home health care agency, real estate
company, and commercial cleaning businesses.
His impressive academic background reflects his dedication to personal and professional
excellence. Dr. Davis holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology, a Master of Counseling and
Psychology, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, a Master
of Divinity, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor
degree in Sacred Music.
A tireless advocate for spiritual and personal development, Dr. Davis believes that true success
begins with spiritual wellness. He emphasizes the role of faith as a guiding force in both life and
leadership. He is the founder and pastor emeritus of Faith Soldiers Empowerment Center, Inc.,
and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for a nonprofit organization that provides disaster
relief and community support as a frontline responder.
In addition to his business and ministry work, Dr. Davis is a gifted musician and educator. He
generously shares his talents by training and mentoring others, fostering growth through music
and the arts.
Dr. Davis also has a deep appreciation for history, with a special focus on the African American
experience. Guided by the principle that “you don’t know where you are going until you know
where you have been,” he remains dedicated to helping others discover and honor their cultural
heritage.
Pastor Melissa Davis

is a gentle giant in the Kingdom of God—an intercessor, empowerment
speaker, licensed psychotherapist, and visionary entrepreneur. With a heart for service and a life devoted to purpose, she carries a unique anointing that empowers and uplifts everyone she
encounters.
Lady Davis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at
Greensboro and continued her academic journey by obtaining a graduate degree in Social Work
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
and a Certified Clinical Supervisor, with a strong commitment to mental health, healing, and
holistic wellness.
In her role as a public servant and federal employee, she currently serves as a Senior Social
Worker with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she provides intensive case
management within the Homeless Veterans Program—advocating for those who have served and now need support the most.
Spiritually, Lady Davis proudly serves as Pastor of Faith Soldiers Empowerment Center in
Hallsboro, North Carolina, alongside her husband and ministry partner, Dr. Charles W. Davis,
II. Together, they labor in love to train, equip, and lead God’s people. Her life’s passion is to please the Lord, train disciples in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and empower spiritual sons and daughters to walk in their divine purpose. She teaches practical application of biblical truths to everyday life and seeks above all to bring souls to Christ.
